UPDATE 12/22: The archive of the video chat for anyone who missed it is now available on Technomadia’s YouTube channel!

https://youtu.be/BpDDoYiBYNs

We’ve been hanging out with our dear friends Cherie & Chris of Technomadia again. If you saw our last joint live-cast from Vancouver, BC, you’ll recall that none of us were on board our RVs. This time, we’ll be broadcasting live from our rig. Even though it will be dark out (since we’ll be a little on the late side this time), maybe you’ll be able to see Chris & Cherie’s bus right outside our window.

And the topic of the live chat will be… whatever you want it to be! Together we have nearly 25 years of full-time RVing experience, so we get questions on just about every topic under the sun. This is your chance to virtually hang out with us for a bit, and ask us anything and everything related to life on the road.

Join us Monday night, 12/21/2015 at 7:30 pm Pacific / 10:30 pm Eastern by clicking the “View Event” button below. If you’ve not joined one of Technomadia’s Livestream hosted chats before, you’ll need to set up a free account with them first (or log in using Facebook). Plan to do that before the start time to make sure you’re ready to go!

  1. Alright thank you. I am no electrician but I can wire things like I built and wired all of my shops but when if comes to 12v I have no idea about loads

  2. Hey guys, just was wondering about some light fixtures. In my old fifth wheel I have I want to upgrade the lighting and I was wondering if I could replace the single bulb fixtures to double bulbs ? I want to put LED bulbs in said fixtures since the walls are 1980s brown paneling. Any input would be great
    Thanks in advance. :)

      1. What would you recommend for connecting wires? I think marettes would come loose over time so maybe wire splice tabs?

We used wire nuts for all of our fluorescent-to-LED light conversions, but we’re not elections, so we have no idea if they’re the ideal choice. But they work fine for us and we’ve never had one come loose.

          1. I’m doing the tail lights right now. What a mess. I’ll have to solder these ones

  3. This was SO much fun! Thank you guys so much for joining us on camera.. there were a lot of great questions our viewers asked ranging from mobile internet, RV safety, making friends on the road, working on the road, electrical systems and more. Definitely kept us all on our toes :)
