How To Make Celery Last a Month!

Using this simple trick, you can keep celery fresh and crisp for a month or longer in your refrigerator. Hummus and celery is one of our favorite healthy snacks. But since we’re faithful Costco shoppers, using up the large packages of celery before the last of it goes bad can be a challenge. Here’s a cool trick that you can start using immediately, since you probably already have aluminum foil right in your kitchen cabinet.

When we RV out in the boondocks, far from civilization, this tip allows us to keep more of our favorite snack on hand. Costco, here we come!
