I have ordered several items from etrailer including chains, fan parts, and suspension accessories... They are always delivered fast with actual follow up! They want to be sure what you received was not only what you ordered but it actually works as advertised.
Follow up is a lost art in our current world!

I ordered a small fridge fan, which arrived beaten up, in a broken box. I had a replacement within 3 days.
And talk about personalized service, they emailed me 3x and even called me once!
E-trailer is my 1st go-to.

I recently ordered a Blue Ox baseplate kit and a second vehicle Air Force One kit for our new towed vehicle. That was about $1500 worth of goods.
I didn’t know that they offered a military discount when I placed my order, so I called them today to see if they would retroactively apply the discount and refund the difference.
They told me that they do no offer a military discount. I asked about price matching, and they told me they don’t offer that, either.
I told them about your post, and they apologized but reiterated that they do not offer either.
I do agree that they are a very reputable company, and very helpful, so I will continue to order from them.
